JONESBORO – Westside University Board customers will contemplate a flooring proposal for a number of regions in the university at their Monday board meeting.
Westside Superintendent Scott Gauntt stated the project is common of the summer months routine maintenance projects the district does on an once-a-year basis.
“If they approve it, they are just going to be putting in vinyl tile. We have been seeking to get the carpet out for a long time,” Gauntt stated, noting its identified as LVT tile, which is the similar flooring that is in the library.
The middle school library, middle faculty workplace, elementary counselors place of work, elementary library, elementary back again business office and the high school IT business office are all slated to have new flooring.
Arkansas Flooring Contractors gave a estimate of $33,059.48 as the whole price tag for all projects.
